The UCSF IHG, CATexternal site (opens in a new window), and CoLabsexternal site (opens in a new window) co-host the technology seminar series, where you can stay informed about the latest technological advancements from various partners in the industry.

We invite you to join our seminar at UCSF Mission Bay campus with Cecilia Scorza Hibbs (Automation Product Specialist, Agilent Technologies) and Rangasamy Elumalai (Genomics Field Application Scientist, Agilent Technologies).

Join us for a Lunch & Learn exploring the technologies and strategies that enable high-quality next-generation sequencing (NGS) data generation, improved reproducibility, and greater efficiency in genomics research. The session will highlight genomics workflows from sample preparation through NGS, including automation with Bravo systems, quality control using Fragment Analyzer and TapeStation systems, and SureSelect target enrichment solutions. Attendees will learn how these technologies work together to streamline workflows, improve data quality, and support a wide range of applications from basic research to translational genomics studies. The Agilent team will share insights into the latest tools and approaches for optimizing genomics workflows and enabling more reproducible sequencing results.
