The UCSF IHG, CATexternal site (opens in a new window), and CoLabsexternal site (opens in a new window) co-host the technology seminar series, where you can stay informed about the latest technological advancements from various partners in the industry.

How can Dovetail Genomics’ linked-read sequencing kits and analysis solutions help researchers overcome the limitations of traditional Hi-C methods and gain deeper insights into genome organization and structural variation? Join us for a Lunch & Learn with Dovetail Genomics exploring how its linked-read NGS kits and analysis solutions support research across epigenetics, cancer biology, evolutionary biology, and other fields.

The session will highlight applications for characterizing 3D genome organization, detecting structural variants de novo, and generating haplotype-resolved, chromosome-level genome assemblies. Attendees will learn how Dovetail’s technologies can help address complex research questions and expand the possibilities of genomic analysis.

Jaime Randise, MS, Territory Manager at Dovetail Genomics, and Myriam Elkhawand, PhD, Head of Customer Success & Technical Support at Dovetail Genomics, will share insights into the company’s technologies and applications, highlighting how these solutions can support a range of genomics research workflows.

The session will conclude with an opportunity for questions and discussion about Dovetail Genomics’ sequencing kits, analysis solutions, and applications in genome research.
