The UCSF IHG, CAT, and CoLabs co-host the technology seminar series, where you can stay informed about the latest technological advancements from various partners in the industry.
How can VectorBuilder’s cell and gene therapy tools, vector design solutions, and CRO/CDMO services help researchers optimize gene delivery and advance their research? Join us for a Lunch & Learn with VectorBuilder to explore strategies for optimizing vector design and discover solutions that support research from early-stage experimentation through process development and manufacturing.
The session will highlight VectorBuilder’s research vectors and viruses tailored for academic and discovery research, gene delivery contract research organization (CRO) services that support experimental design and execution, and contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) services for scalable process development and manufacturing. Attendees will also learn about intellectual property (IP) out-licensing opportunities that can help facilitate innovation.
Dr. Tatjana Schlechtweg, Scientific Advisor & Territory Manager for Northern California at VectorBuilder, will share insights into the company’s technologies and services, highlighting how its solutions can support a range of gene delivery research workflows. Dr. Schlechtweg earned her PhD from the Université libre de Bruxelles in Belgium and completed postdoctoral training at Stanford University. Her scientific background includes microbiology, antimicrobial research, bacterial persistence, antibiotic mechanisms of action, and antimicrobial peptides. She now focuses on facilitating gene delivery using viral and non-viral vectors for research and therapeutic development.
The session will conclude with an opportunity for questions and discussion about vector design, gene delivery strategies, and VectorBuilder’s research and manufacturing services.
