The UCSF IHG, CAT, and CoLabs co-host the technology seminar series, where you can stay informed about the latest technological advancements from various partners in the industry.
We invite you to join our seminar at UCSF Mission Bay campus with Araceli Cuellar (Senior Field Application Scientist, Digital Insights, QIAGEN).
Join us for a Lunch & Learn exploring how to translate complex ‘omics datasets into meaningful biological insights using a comprehensive, expert-curated knowledge base. The session will highlight approaches for identifying enriched canonical pathways, uncovering key biological networks, and comparing results across multiple studies to discover molecular drivers and biological mechanisms. Attendees will learn how these strategies can support biomarker discovery, target identification, and hypothesis generation in biomedical research. Dr. Araceli Cuellar, Senior Field Application Scientist in the QIAGEN Digital Insights team, will share insights into leveraging advanced bioinformatics approaches to interpret ‘omics data and accelerate biological discovery. Dr. Cuellar received her PhD from UC Davis, where she studied cartilage regeneration and pediatric cartilaginous tumor development. Prior to joining QIAGEN, she completed her postdoctoral studies on rare pediatric craniofacial conditions.
