The Missing Layer: How Proteomics Elevates Your Multiomics Data

Genomic and transcriptomic data tell you what a cell is capable of, but not what it is actually doing. This seminar covers how mass spectrometry based proteomics and metabolomics close that gap, and where they add the most value alongside sequencing. The speakers will walk through deep DIA proteomics, plasma and serum proteomics, phosphoproteomics and untargeted metabolomics, with realistic expectations for depth, throughput and turnaround, followed by a practical section on study design: sample types and input requirements, when to run proteomics in parallel with sequencing versus as a follow-up, and how the resulting layers are integrated.
